And now we are creating products to make that shift faster, closing the gap between knowing and doing. Our early focus is on HR teams.

Shweta Shukla

Shweta Shukla is a global HR and organisational strategy leader with over two decades of experience across high-growth tech and multinational companies. She has held senior roles at Meta and Netflix (VP of Talent, APAC), and most recently served as Chief People Officer at Lenskart, leading people strategy at scale. Shweta is the Founder of The Culturegram, advising organisations on leadership, culture, and organisational effectiveness. She has been an advisor to Wavemaker Partners (SEA focused VC firm) and is currently a board advisor to Newing (Vietnam based leadership and culture development company). She currently lives in Singapore.

Chaitra Reddy

Chaitra brings over 15 years of experience spanning global tech giants like Meta and high-growth startups like Lenskart. A Strategic HR and Talent Leader dedicated to unlocking the potential of high-impact teams. She has a proven track record of scaling teams from the ground up and navigating complex realignments across the APAC and Middle East markets. She focuses on translating high-level vision into regional success by empowering leaders and teams to deliver lasting, measurable impact. Chaitra is currently a Coach in training and also advises startups and SMBs on building their people engine. She currently lives in Singapore.
